Carbon removal
with care

UK made Biochar and Carbon Credits. Verified by science. Rooted in care for land, people, and planet.

We transform local woody biomass from the South Downs into biochar – regenerating soils and locking carbon away for centuries.

Something is starting in Petersfield, Hampshire

On a working farm on the edge of town, we are commissioning our first pilot biochar production hub.

The feedstock is wood arisings from local tree surgeons working across gardens and green spaces in the Petersfield area – biomass material that would otherwise be discarded.

We turn this biomass into biochar: a stable, carbon-rich material that improves soil health and plant vitality, and sequesters carbon for hundreds of years.

What we do

Carbon350 is built around three interconnected services.

Together, they create a circular system that is good for the land, good for local business, and good for the climate.

Soil Oomph

Biochar that improves your soil

Soil Oomph is our range of biochar based soil improvers, for gardeners, landscapers, and everyone serious about soil health.

By supporting soil structure and managing the movement of water and nutrients, biochar builds resilience and provides a vital habitat for the microbial life that makes your soil thrive.

Available as a retail and trade product.

Available from July 2026

Carbon Removal Credits

Durable, measurable and independently verified

Our UK made biochar carbon credits are backed by robust science, third-party verification, and a transparent data trail for every batch.

Every biochar carbon credit represents a tonne of CO₂ durably removed from the atmosphere and can be used to offset carbon emissions.

Available from July 2026

Kiln Drying

A service for log and timber suppliers

Using heat captured from our biochar production process, we offer kiln drying service to woodchip, log and timber suppliers serving the local area.

Help your customers meet UK regulations for low-moisture wood-based products while supporting a circular, zero-waste operation.

Available from July 2026

Our Mission

To build practical, scalable carbon removal solutions that are scientifically credible and regenerative, starting with biochar.

By 2035, we aim to:

0
Remove 100,000 tonnes CO₂ from the atmosphere annually
0
acres of UK soils improved
0
Generate 120 GWh of local renewable energy, the same as heating 10,000+ households
0
Create 400 green jobs in rural communities

Our Values

How we do things matters as much as what we do. Carbon350 is designed to be regenerative in practice – restoring land, supporting livelihoods, and strengthening the communities we work with. We work in partnership and make decisions with long-term impact in mind, including the health of natural systems.

Founded by
Catherine Daley

With over 25 years in manufacturing, Catherine knows about systems that work at scale, under pressure. Somewhere along the way, she realised that the industrial model she had learned needed reimagining. Carbon350 is how she’s putting that into practice: to build a business that is rigorous, commercially serious, and regenerative – that goes beyond sustainability to actively restore natural systems while creating shared value throughout its supply chain.
